After being repeatedly criticized in the past for trading running star Trent Richardson, and then employing a third-string quarterback, the Browns earned their first victory of the season in spectacular fashion in Minnesota. The Miami Dolphins signed Garrard last season, but they ultimately let him go him prior to Week 1 and gave the job of starting to Ryan Tannehill, which left Matt Moore as the backup.
