Hello,
My motherboard is an Asus P5Q Pro, and my video card is a GTX 470 by EVGA. The latest driver version I have installed is the one from HP website (I have tried both the.exe and.zip versions, the.zip is in the same folder as the.exe). In the BIOS I have the following settings:
1. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit. I have GeForce 9600GT and Intel G35. I've tried both the zip file and the exe, both from the HP website, and also the one I've downloaded from the nVidia website. Whatever I try it returns same problem.
2. Processor is Intel Core i7 7200 @ 3.06GHz (this is my laptop that's why it's more powerful than the video card, I couldn't buy a video card with higher performance than the one I have now), there is also 8GB of RAM, which is double my video card memory.
4. It was working fine until I needed to install these latest drivers, however after that the problem started. I just can't figure it out, I've reinstalled dozens of times, deleted dlls to make sure that it doesn't create them, tried blacklisting the modules, added them in the appropriate places, even tried to manually install the new drivers, but nothing seems to help, I'm now in the point of being completely lost.
