So I am mentoring a young man with Solidarity-Fullerton. This young man is a freshman in high school. He struggles in school. He is also a very good soccor player and needs to get better grades to be able to stay on the tea.

He has a very big project in one of his classes that is literally "find a mentor and learn about his/her work." Then, the mentee does a project where he/she applies for a job at the mentors work, completes a resume, maps out steps that they would need to actually take to get this job (like get a bachelors degree etc.
So, I think this whole project is challenging for both of us. I need to bracket out time to help this young man, bring him to work, get him an application....And he has to actually do the work. I feel like this mentoring process is a great way to learn both how to be a good parent and how to be a good discipler. Great experience.
Great Brad! So what do you discern the Spirit wants to say and do with your young disciple?
