Prc 2010 Pay Fixation Table

Dear Sir, I had attended the interview on 20/10/2015. I was selected for the post of Sr. Executive Engr. Now i have opted for the pay fixation option that i had already opted for the post of Sr. Executive Engr but i was given the option for first pay fixation and not for second pay fixation. So kindly see the discrepancy in the cells of level 8,9,10 and that of cells in the next column. I want to raise the following questions.1. Whether the gap of pay fixation option should be calculated from the date of promotion or from the date of first appointment?2.Whether a minute difference in pay fixation option has any impact on future increment?3.May i get 5th MACP on due date? If yes or no, the reasons there of.4.Whether i was not allowed to get 5th MACP, then why i was not be allowed to get 1st ACP in 2003.5.Whether i was given the option for the first pay fixation and not for the second pay fixation for the post of Sr. Executive Engr.

The last two sentences in the above paragraph were repeated. This caused difficulty in reading. I am attaching a.pdf file with the above information. Kindly see the numerical figures in the cells of level 6,7,8. They are repeated, at cells in the next column unlike other levels and cells, wherein there is an increase in the value on the next column, resulting an increase in fixation at the time of promotion.

Thanks for that advice, however when that happens exactly the same thing occurs, but this time I receive the error message:'Could not establish FTP connection. Connection was refused'I've contacted the forum admins about this problem, and they have said that it's a problem with my copy of Windows, and that they can't help. Nothing seems to work. I even tried a recent version of Serv-U, 8.1.0.0, and the problem persists.I'm really baffled by this. Does anybody know how to solve this problem?
