As Greg Livingstone started his story on Tuesday night, he commended: "You all are privileged people". Whether in Dohuk of northern Iraq or at Isaiah's Rock in Chino of Southern California, we are all privileged to tell people about Jesus Christ. On Wednesday morning, there was a guy saying to his friends: "Where are my pills for back pain?" The Lord was speaking in my heart: "You don't have pills but have got prayers for him." So I introduced myself to the guy Andres and we started chatting. Andres has been exposed to God through FM 107.9, but he didn't know Jesus very well. He said the pain in heart is more severe than physical pain. We both shared our painful experiences and I gave him many testimonies. He was about to be committed and then we prayed together to repent sins, receive God's love and accept Jesus as Savior and Lord. Brother Alistar came and we prayed more and blessed brother Andres.
Also heard testimonies of a mom Jenny. She shared about transformation of her two sons, Shane Gomez and Sean Gomez. They turned from trash-talking boys to Jesus-loving boys. Prayed with another mom Letty who volunteered there for her daughter Emily who got hurt by school teacher.
You’re such an encouragement Joe by your faithfulness to continue to go and reach those who have not yet known the love of Jesus. Love hearing the stories.
Awesome, Joe. This is such a wonderful testimony. Thanks for getting out there, and may God bless you, too.
So good Joe! Week by week you have been helping people know Jesus and experience his presence. This is how we change the world! One life at a time, and putting ourselves out there with people who don’t know Jesus!
